R-Lines - 13 June 2001 incident
On 13 June 2001 at 13:55 UTC, the flight AF3278 Angers (LFJR)-Clermont-Ferrand (LFLC) hit a hare crossing the runway during the TKOF roll. The crew interrupts the TKOF around 80 kts after the #1 propeller hitted the rodent.
One blade did break and slotted just above the first right window..
The aircraft was towed to the ramp. No passenger injury, but the aircraft was severly damaged.
The event was (strangely) classified by the French Accident Investigation Branch as a (simple) incident even though the aircraft was not able to fly before serious maintenance...

The Beech 99 operated by Taxi Air Fret were non pressurized aircrafts with no autopilot... So it was always a tough, demanding and challenging job, at least because the weather (no pressurization means FL110 maximum). But as consequences, it was a complete an enjoyable experience where I learned a lot...
